OUR COMMITMENTS
2010 is set to be a year of transition towards economic recovery. More than ever, our main goal is to preserve a faultless service to our customers by putting forward to our clients a range of innovative products developed in 2009.
We are eager to move on to the next stage to make ARMOR the undisputed worldwide leader in Thermal Transfer, a group which places Global Responsibility at the heart of its strategy and which embraces values of Humanism, Commitment, Innovation and Customer service.
Therefore, our goals for 2010 are:
1 - Enhance customer service:
- Being pro-active and the driving force in the development of our OEM partners
- Putting our 2009 products’ innovations forward to our clients
- Seizing all business opportunities ensuring a sustainable profitability that can support our investments in the long term, without running counter to our strategy and partnerships
- Reinforcing our growth in our slitting subsidiaries outside Europe
- Maintaining the highest level of customer service.
2 - Invest in the future through R&D:
- Improve our product range to make it the most complete in the TT market
- Launch the first solvent-free ribbons, asserting our product policy geared in Sustainable development and innovation
3 - Consolidate our Global Responsibility strategy, through the implementation by every employee of the Global Responsibility Group Commitment, integrating the 10 Principles of the United Nations Global Compact, with a strong implication and mobilization of the Thermal Transfer Industrial and Expertise Centre through the DECαPLAN Programme.
4 - Optimise the efficiency of the Thermal Transfer Industrial and Expertise Centre as well as our slitting subsidiaries, through:
- The Preservation of a strong Health, Safety and Environmental culture, including an approach of our products end-of-life treatments and processes,
- The strengthening of staff motivation,
- The increase of our productivity and our level of Quality and Customer Service,
- Preserving a faultless service to our customers based on the answer to their needs,
- The strengthening of our Responsible Purchasing policy (securing the purchase of strategic components, contractual agreements with our suppliers, giving priority to partners engaged in the protection of the environment and social development, reduction of purchase prices to secure the Group’s continuity),
- The full return on the investments made since 2005 and the continuation of our investments in innovative technologies, with the ambition of a return on investment within 2 years,
- A coherent Quality Management System based on ISO 9001,
- The stabilization of our fixed costs at constant production volumes,
- An energy management system respecting the requirements of EN16001 (TTIEC).
5 - Make sure all the staff strives to pursue relations based on cooperation, respect and exchange, relying on professionalism and trust within all sectors, internal or external, within the organization.
